my philosophy

              The why stands at the front and centre of your sport. It is the prime motivator, the reasoning behind your goals and underpins your sporting journey and performance. It is my role to help you understand your why and navigate the hurdles and pitfalls you may encounter on your journey.

              I believe that acceptance is key and I, unfortunately, cannot erase the anxiety you feel or make the frustration disappear. What I can do is help you harness these emotions to better yourself as an athlete and all-rounded individual.

              You, as athletes, are at the centre. I am here to help you.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: It's all about you. Why? Because you are important. Because you matter. Because you are an athlete. Because you are a person. Because you deserve to lead a life that fulfils you, makes you happy.

Research

I am ever learning, keeping up to date with the latest research and journals. With that and continuous courses to broaden my base of knowledge my aim is to become the best equipped to help you. My involvement in research myself is in progress so watch this space!
